You own everything
The repo, the infrastructure, the accounts, the IP. Yours from the first commit. Standard work-for-hire assignment, no lock-in, no licensing surprises after we finish.
Being straight with you
This is one engineer, not a studio floor
Aethelon Labs is me. I bring in another engineer when a timeline genuinely needs it, but the default is one senior person who holds the whole picture in their head. That is the point, not a limitation to explain away.
It means fewer things get lost in translation and decisions happen fast. It also means I say no to work I cannot do well, or cannot do on your timeline. You will hear that early, not three weeks in.
