These terms govern your use of aethelonlabs.net. They're kept short and direct. The terms of any client engagement are signed separately in a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work — those documents take precedence over anything here.
Using this website
You may visit, read, and link to this site freely. You may not copy or reuse the content, brand, or code without written permission. Aethelon Labs LLC owns the design, copy, and code you see here.
Submitting an inquiry
When you fill out the contact form, you confirm that the information is yours to share, that it's accurate, and that you'd like us to follow up. Sending an inquiry does not create an engagement, retainer, or any contractual relationship between us.
Confidentiality before contract
We treat the contents of inquiries as confidential and review them only with our internal team. If a project requires deeper detail, we're happy to sign a mutual NDA before the next conversation.
No warranty on website content
Content on this site is provided as-is for informational purposes. We work hard to keep service descriptions, pricing ranges, and other material accurate, but we don't guarantee they're free of errors. The terms of an actual engagement are always set in the signed contract for that engagement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aethelon Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Liability for engaged projects is addressed in the relevant engagement contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any dispute arising from this website (not from an engagement contract, which has its own governing-law clause) will be heard in New Mexico courts.
