This page describes what Aethelon Labs LLC (“Aethelon Labs”, “we”) collects when you visit aethelonlabs.net or send us an inquiry, how we use that information, and the choices you have. This is a plain-English summary — not legal advice.
Information we collect
- Contact submissions. When you fill out the form on our contact page, we collect your name, work email, optional company, budget range, timeline, and the answers you provide. We also record the time of submission, IP address, user agent, and any UTM parameters or referring URL attached to your visit so we can understand how prospects find us.
- Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and understand which pages prospects engage with. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifying information.
- Server logs and infrastructure. Our hosting provider (Vercel) and our data store (Upstash Redis) keep operational logs that may include your IP address and request metadata, used solely to operate, secure, and debug the service.
How we use it
- To respond personally to your inquiry within 24 hours.
- To understand whether we're the right fit for your project, and to scope our reply.
- To improve the website — what people read, what they skip, what they're looking for.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations once an engagement begins.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use it for retargeting, advertising, or marketing automation. We do not share it with third parties except the operational vendors listed below.
Vendors we rely on
- Vercel — hosting, edge network, analytics.
- Upstash — data storage for content and lead submissions.
- Resend — sending lead-notification emails to our team.
Each of these has its own privacy practices and data-processing terms; we choose vendors that handle data responsibly.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. If you've sent us an inquiry and would like the record removed, email contact@aethelonlabs.net and we'll process the deletion within seven days.
If you're in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), those rights apply. The same email address handles those requests.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices change, with the new date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage briefly so returning visitors notice.
