Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Own entire product verticals for our clients — from architecture decisions to production deployment. You'll work directly with founders and CTOs on high-stakes projects using React, Next.js, Django, and FastAPI.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of professional experience
- Deep expertise in React/Next.js and Python backends
- Track record of shipping products used by thousands
- Ability to translate business goals into technical decisions
- Excellent async communication skills
ML / AI Engineer
Design, train, and deploy production ML systems that solve real business problems — from NLP pipelines to predictive analytics. You'll work at the intersection of data science and software engineering.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in ML/AI with production deployments
- Strong Python and MLOps skills (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or significant open-source contributions a plus
Senior Flutter Developer
Build cross-platform mobile experiences that feel native and delight users. You'll own mobile product development end-to-end for clients across fintech, healthcare, and logistics.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of mobile development, 3+ with Flutter
- Apps in production with 10K+ active users
- Deep understanding of platform-specific UX conventions
- Experience with state management, CI/CD, and app store deployment
- Eye for design and obsession with smooth interactions
